The late actor Sushant Singh Rajput was a talent powerhouse. His choice of films and the portrayal of characters in those films made him special and so close to the heart. From a young, carefree boy in Raabta to a serious cricketer in MS Dhoni, SSR has pulled off every look and character with grace. And so is the case with his film Sonchiriya. The film also stars Bhumi Pednekar and Manoj Bajpayee. It is based on the life of the Naxalites. The rebels of Chambal as they are known to have a very difficult life and a very serious mission.

1. Janab Ka Farman Hai

The film is said to be based on true events. In the film, Sushant plays the sidekick to the character of Manoj Bajpayee, who plays Daku Maan Singh. The dacoits of Chambal believe in unity. When an order or Farman is released by the head of the clan, it is to be followed to the T!

2. Sarkari Goli, Sarkari Vaade

In the film, the fight of the Naxalites against the government’s rules is the focus. In this dialogue, sarcasm is used to the optimum. SSR’s character of Lakhna says that nobody dies of a bullet but of false promises.

3. Gang Hi Sab Kuch Hai

In this dialogue Lakhna talks to the advocate who tries to help him by running away. But Lakhna refuses to show his responsibility towards the gang. He says he can run away from the people but how would he run away from himself?

4. Janam Nikal Gaya Bihado Mein

Lakhna has grown up in the Chambal valley and all he knows about the way of life is fighting for survival, fighting for rights, and just fighting. This is why he says he does not fear death anymore.

5. Haram Ki Naukari

With this dialogue Lakhna and his dacoit tribe’s intention of rebellion is clear. He says that when a job or an occupation is not earned then it is worthless and would always weigh us down.

6. Baaghi Ka Kaam Hai Dharam Nibhana

Much like Sushant Singh Rajput fought alone till the end, Lakhna was also a rebel to the core and he fought hard for his mission. He is seen saying that his responsibility is to work towards his goal, blessings will be bestowed by the Mother (Gods and Goddesses).
