1. Motichoor Ke Laddoo Recipe By Chef Ranveer Brar

Who doesn’t know that Hanuman aka Maruti from Kahat Hanuman Jai Shri Ram loves laddoos? Undoubtedly, Maruti is always hungry and so is Ekagrah Dwivedi who plays him on the show! Give him laddoos for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and he will be on top of the world! If you too have a massive sweet tooth like him, you should try these recipes of the Indian sweet by renowned chefs like Sanjeev Kapoor, Ranveer Brar, and others:

To make motichoor ke laddoo, you need fried gram flour (besan), boondi, water, ghee and salt. Add water to besan and make a batter. Fry boondi in ghee and add to the batter. Put it in sugar syrup and set to dry. Make round balls in your palms and serve hot!

2. Besan Ke Laddoo Recipe By Chef Gurdip

A festive sweet, besan ka laddoo is made by roasting gram flour (besan) in ghee, adding sugar and clarified butter, and hand-rolling the mixture into a spherical shaped ladoos. Garnish each laddoo with dry fruits like almonds and cashews!

3. Gud Ke Laddoo By Chef Pallavi and Anita Jain

To prepare this delicious dessert, make a mixture and add jaggery (gud), dry fruits, and coconut to it. After roasting dry fruits in a pan, melt jaggery in it. Then, makes balls by rolling the mixture in your palms. Delicious gud ke laddoo is ready!

4. Gond Ke Laddoo Recipe By Chef Pallavi and Shreya

To make this delicious sweet dish, you need wheat flour (gond), ghee, chopped almonds, and black pepper. Crush and roast the gond and make a batter of the flour by adding ghee. Add black pepper powder and make balls in your palms. Garnish with chopped dry fruits!

5. Chhena and Malai Laddoo By Chef Pankaj Bhadouria

To make chhena and malai laddoo, rub chhena (curd cheese or casein) in your palm. Cook it in a pan and add condensed milk. Sprinkle cardamom (elaichi) powder over it. Cool the mixture and make balls in your palms. Garnish with kesar and pista!

6. Date And Hazelnut Laddoo By Chef Sanjeev Kapoor

Heat a pan, add dates and milk, and mix well. Add baking powder and stir till the mixture thickens and dates are mashed. Then, add crushed hazelnuts and cook. Cool it down and make balls in your palms. Roll the laddoos in roasted sesame seeds (til) and serve!

7. Date And Walnut Laddoo By Chef Sanjeev Kapoor

In a pan, heat apple juice, add some dates, chopped pears and cook. Add a cinnamon stick (dalchini). Transfer the mixture in a bowl. Add walnuts and sponge cake crumbs to it. Cool the mixture and make balls in your palms. Roll them in cocoa powder and serve!
