To make motichoor ke laddoo, you need fried gram flour (besan), boondi, water, ghee and salt. Add water to besan and make a batter. Fry boondi in ghee and add to the batter. Put it in sugar syrup and set to dry. Make round balls in your palms and serve hot!

In a pan, heat apple juice, add some dates, chopped pears and cook. Add a cinnamon stick (dalchini). Transfer the mixture in a bowl. Add walnuts and sponge cake crumbs to it. Cool the mixture and make balls in your palms. Roll them in cocoa powder and serve!
