The artist travel to beautiful locations across the country from Kerala to Himachal Pradesh to inspire their creativity and bond with each other while coming up with new tunes. Each episode has a mix of an established artist like Badshah and Kailash Kher and a online sensation for music like Shirley Setia and Raja Kumari. This premium show is available for free on ZEE5 only this week during the Coronavirus quarantine.

1. Tip Tip Barsa Paqni by Badshah and Jonita Gandhi

Jonita Gandhi and Badshah recreate the iconic 90s song Tip Tip Barsa Paani in a music video with no rain. However,  the still manage to retain the sensous vibe of the song and Badshah’s rap makes this song different stand out from the original.

Gidda by Shiriley Setia and Sachin-Jigar

Shirley Setia is one of the biggest names in the Indian music scene to come start from social media. She joins popular composers to recreate the Punjabi folk song Gidda in a new and original form.

Gulabo by Benny Dayal, Bryden Lewis and Parth Chandiramani

Benny Dayal who has sung popular party tracks like Badtameez Dil, offers his rendition of the popular dance track Gulabo with a flute player Parth Chandiramani and guitarist Bryden Lewis.

Kaun Hai Woh by Kailash Kher and Raja Kumari

Kaun Hai Voh is a folk song sung for Shiva that gained popularity when Kailash Kher sang it in the movie Baahubali. He recreates the song with Indian-American rapper Raja Kumari who adds her own expression of devotion to the song.

Jiya Jale is another 90s classic recreated in lockdown. This time it is Monali thakur famous for singing Moh Moh ke Dhaage who recreates the song with Indian-American composer and songwriter, Mickey Singh.

Dil Se Re by Palash Sen and Dino James

This popular track from Mani Ratnam’s film in 1998, gets a modern makeover. Palash Sen from Euphoria teams up with Indian underground rapper Dino James who turns the intensity of this romantic song up by a notch.

Rang De Basanti by Raftaar and Thaikuddam Bridge

This episode was special because both Raftaar and the the band ‘Thaikuddam Bridge’ are from Kerala both the songs they recreated were Punjabi songs with visuals from Kerala. Watch them sing Rang de Basanti and Bari Barsi in a sign of how united we really are as a country.

Popular singer and judge of Love Me India on And TV, Neha Bhasin links up with the iconic singer in Punjabi music Harrdy Sandhu to recreate iconic Punjabi songs like Khair Mangdi and Akheeyan Udeek Diya.

Kala Jora by Badshah and Jonita Gandhi

Badshah and Jonita Gandhi’s collaboration was absolute fire on Lockdown. For their second song, Badshah considered singing the old Punjabi romantic song which is mostly sung by men for women. He twisted it around by making Jonita Gandhi sing the male lyrics. The singer brought up in Canada showcased her truth range in Indian music before Badshah added his new-age rap.

Sun Saathiya by Shirley Setia and Sachin-Jigar

Sun Saathiya from ABCD 2 is not an old song but the the song has quickly become a romantic anthem. Sachin-Jigar who composed the original track revisited this song and Shirley Setia gave us a soulful version with another aesthetically pleasing dance performance in the video.
